User Agreement Rules Cancellation Fee The following cancellation fees will be incurred if a reservation is cancelled due to the client’s circumstances. Please note that the reservation will be automatically cancelled if the client fails to contact PugachevServices within the hour following the scheduled time of vehicle pick-up. Driver's License See the Driver’s License page for details. Payment All rental and one-way fees are to be paid when the vehicle is picked up. Fuel and other additional charges are to be paid when the vehicle is returned. Refueling Fill up the tank with fuel before returning the vehicle. Present the receipt from the gas station to our staff upon return. Refueling in a gas station with attendants is recommended. A refueling fee will be charged if the vehicle is not returned with a tank full of gas. Extension Fee Please make sure to contact the concerned station in advance to extend the period of rental. The extension fee will be charged when the vehicle is returned.
